I could not agree with Andrius Tapinas on this topic more.
Here are the most painfull failures of Vilnius (sofar):
- construction of National Stadium;
- reconstruction of legendary Sports Palace;
- construction of National Hall of Concerts at Tauras Hill;
- reconstruction of Bus Station;
- reconstruction of Railways Station.
