It is traditionally celebrated in Užupis where the Vilnelė is coloured in green.

I've never taken part in this celebration, and this year on March 19, at 2 p.m. I was in the other place.
But I promise that next year I will be there. The celebration takes place on Saturdays which are the closest to March 17 :)))
